At HairRetail.com we have limits on Styling and finishing products Total of 6 of the same product size Per order. If more than 6 of of the same product in the same size we will change your order to 6 automatically.

If shipping to a different address other than the bill to address a $4.95 signature fee will be added to your order, If you have ordered with us before this fee will be waived.

All of the products for sale at Hair Retail.com are well-known and branded. Therefore, it is our assumption that if you are ordering a beauty product from us, you are already familiar with the product and its attributes. Because of this, we place full liability on you, the customer for accurately selecting the products appropriate for you, as we have a strict return policy to prevent fraudulent purchases.

We only allow return of products, purchased through our services, in the following two circumstances and then ONLY product replacement or store credit will be issued at our sole discretion.

If we sent you a product other than what you ordered on your invoice, we will accept the return of the errant product and will ship you out the appropriate product.

If you receive a product that was damaged in transit, We will need original Box and packing supply's that damage occurred in, don't discard the BOX that we shipped to you .we will accept the return of the damaged product and will ship you out a replacement of the same product. Before returning any product you must call us at 800-591-2793 X102 to obtain an RMA number. No returns will be processed without an RMA number. You have 7 days from the time the order was received to call and obtain an RMA Number and all returns must be received within 15 days of obtaining the RMA number. HairRetail.com will not pay any return shipping fees all return shipping fees are at customer expense, unless product was damaged or product was shipped other than what was ordered. All shipping fees that were paid when order was placed are not refundable. A 20% restock fee will be added to all returns. If you received our free shipping you will be responsible for the shipping cost that we paid.

We don't cancel orders once they are placed be sure you want the items you order.

We provide no cash refunds. All credits will be applied back to the method that was used.

All merchandise being returned is at the customers expense unless the wrong product was shipped or if items were damaged in transit. We will cover any return shipping cost for damaged products or if we shipped the wrong product to you.

You must include both the invoice that initially came with the order and the unopened/unused product in question. We can not be held responsible for packages lost in transit, so we highly recommend that you request postal parcel or UPS tracking of your return. All returns must be made within 15 days of the date of the delivery.
